It is very testy curry of any children, young men and old man .It  looks  also very beautiful. When anybody  eat this curry he or she will understand really it very testy food. I believe that everybody choose it.

Necessary materials and amount:

1:  ½ kg chicken  meat
2:  1/4kg broccoli
3:  ¼ kg cauliflower
4:   1/8kg  capsicum(red, yellow or red)
5:  1/8kg carrot
6:  1/9 kg green pea
7:  1/8 kg potato
8:  1 or 2 tomato
9:  5 or 6 onion (medium sized)
10:  2 teaspoon garlic paste
11:   20 pcs  green paper or as your need.
12:  4 teaspoon vegetable oil
13:  Some coriander
14: Salt as your need

Cooking   method:

At first, you  will  clean  your chicken meat  then you will give onion cut with boiled oil. When onion cut will yellow  colour then you  will   give chicken meat. After 10 minutes you will give broccoli, cauliflower, capsicum (red, yellow and green), carrot, green pea, tomato, teaspoon garlic paste, teaspoon onion paste, green pepper, salt as your need, some coriander by turn . At first  you will add hard vegetable then soft vegetable step by step . After 15 minutes you will add coriander and cook on a low flame for five or six minutes.  .After 20 minutes  your curry chicken will cook for food.

 Precaution:

Do not add  green pepper  with hot oil because its harmful  of hot oil.

Total time for cook:  20 minutes

After 5 min you will add coriander .When these vegetables are dry then it ready for food.

Nutrition: You will get vitamin A,B,C,D and will get balance diet.

It is very testy and contain food value i. e various types of vitamin that protect your body to dangerous diseases.

Serve:  The above quantity is suitable to serve 6-7 person.
