Oatmeal Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 medium banana, mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Sugar to taste
  • chia seeds for garnishing
  • 5-6 blueberries and some walnuts – on top
  • 1 medium banana, sliced for topping

Oatmeal Recipe Directions

1Add and mix all the ingredients into a small saucepan and turn on heat to medium-high flame.

2Bring to a boil and add sugar. Then, turn down the heat to medium-low flame and constantly stir for around 3 to 5 minutes as the oatmeal cooks softened and thickens.

3Once oatmeal is at wanted consistency, then remove from heat. And now put cooked oatmeal on serving bowl then add walnuts, blueberries, sliced banana. In the end, sprinkle some chia seeds for garnish. Serve it hot.

4You can add fruit of your choice if not available blueberries at home. Also can increase the milk quantity if you like liquid oatmeal.
