Paneer Roll – Healthy and delicious evening Snack for Kids! It’s a fast cook and easy delightful snack made with paneer and few more ingredients, that comes together within 15 minutes. Its crispiness gives you amazing taste with chutney. Protein rich cheese/paneer gives your kids energy.
Paneer Roll Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup crumbled paneer/cheese
- 3 bread slices – Whole Wheat or White Bread
- 2 tablespoons Maida/All-purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons curd
- 1-2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon peeled and grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
- Salt as you need
- Black pepper
- Garam masala
- Chat Masala
- Oil for frying
Indian Snacks for Kids – Paneer Rolls
1First start with heating oil on gas for deep fried the rolls here, you can even light fry them.
2Put the crumbled paneer in a mixing bowl. Mash it superbly.
3Slit the whole wheat bread or white bread into small pieces and mix to the crumbled paneer. Then Add cilantro leaves, grated ginger, green chillies.
4After that add salt, garam masala, chat masala, all-purpose flour/ maida and curd. Knead it well and form alike a thick dough.
5Divide the kneaded dough into 6 -7 equal parts and give cylindrical shape to each portion and set aside into a plate.
6Slide the shaped paneer rolls into the boiling oil and deep fry until golden from all the sides.
7Serve hot rolls with tomato sauce/ chutney and milkshake/ lemonade anything your kids like.
You can serve it to your guests too. For guests, you can enhance the taste with dried mango powder, cumin powder etc for flavouring. You can also add dried herbs as a substitute of Indian flavouring too. You can try this recipe today and tell us about your experience.
