Kids Special Recipe- rich in protein, calcium and low- fat sandwich. This is British Indian kids favourite hunger meal. This is easy to prepare. This meal is full of energy. You can make changes in fruits and other snacks according to your kids interest. With this recipe your children definitely finish his lunchbox. This yummy tasty treat is surely loved by you and your kids. You can avoid pepper and add tofu too in your sandwich.

Kids Lunch Box Recipe Ingredients:

  • Large-size whole wheat tortilla
  • Low-calorie mayonnaise or mustard dressing
  • 2 slices of cooked chicken
  • Medium size tomatoes, sliced
  • Half cucumber, sliced
  • Spinach or lettuce, shredded
  • 1 slice turkey
  • 2 slices cheese
  • Salt as Test
  • Black pepper
  • Tomato Ketchup

Roast Chicken Sandwich + Grapes+ Snack Recipe Directions:

1First Line up the whole wheat tortilla with a bit of your favourite sandwich dressing.

2Top with Spinach/ Lettuce then place the tomatoes and cucumber slices.


3Lay down you roasted chicken slices over that and then top it off with the cheese slices and sprinkle some salt and blacker pepper to enhance the taste. Also can sauce on top.

4Make the sandwich in 1/2 slices. Wrap it and bag it up!


5Now well heated up! or made it Hot!


6Also add some fruits like – grapes, strawberry, oranges, apples etc whatever your kid like the most.

7Plus add snack – either sweet or salty in his/her lunch box with tomato ketchup sachet.
