Kids Lunch Box Recipe Ingredients:
- Large-size whole wheat tortilla
- Low-calorie mayonnaise or mustard dressing
- 2 slices of cooked chicken
- Medium size tomatoes, sliced
- Half cucumber, sliced
- Spinach or lettuce, shredded
- 1 slice turkey
- 2 slices cheese
- Salt as Test
- Black pepper
- Tomato Ketchup
Roast Chicken Sandwich + Grapes+ Snack Recipe Directions:
1First Line up the whole wheat tortilla with a bit of your favourite sandwich dressing.
2Top with Spinach/ Lettuce then place the tomatoes and cucumber slices.
3Lay down you roasted chicken slices over that and then top it off with the cheese slices and sprinkle some salt and blacker pepper to enhance the taste. Also can sauce on top.
4Make the sandwich in 1/2 slices. Wrap it and bag it up!
